Fraser was born in Taupo and completed his early education locally before completing secondary and tertiary education in Auckland. He has been involved in property valuation in the Taupo and Central North Island region since he moved back to Taupo in early 2005 covering a wide range of independent professional services including commercial, industrial and residential valuation assignments.

Prior to moving back to Taupo, Fraser was employed in commercial lending for one of New Zealandís major financial institutions after returning from several years working in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Bruce has been involved in property valuation in the Taupo and Central North Island region for in excess of 40 years covering a wide range of independent professional services including commercial, industrial and residential valuation assignments.

He is also a Civil Engineer and has been extensively involved in the design and construction of many of the subdivisional and infrastructure developments in the Taupo area particularly during the 1970ís and 1980ís when Taupo was expanding rapidly.

Clients have included Local Authorities, Energy Companies, Government Departments, Maori Incorporations, Multinational Organisations and many other organisations and individuals.

Geoff has been with Veitch Morison Valuers and associated businesses since 1986. He undertakes the vast majority of the rural valuations completed by Veitch Morison Valuers as well as residential valuation assignments.

Extensive rural valuation work has included rural/residential, lifestyle blocks, farmlets plus large scale dairy, sheep and cattle farms. Experience also includes farm rentals, compensation assessments and forestry related valuations.

Geoff covers the Central North Island region including National Park/Taumarunui, north to Rotorua, Mangakino/Tokoroa, Western Bays, SH5/Rangitaiki area and Taupo itself.

Previously Geoff has been involved in farming including sheep and cattle farm ownership and presently has an interest in a South Island Dairy Operation.

Richard joined Veitch Morison Valuers in 2003 after selling his sheep and beef farm on the Western shores of Lake Taupo. He is responsible for mainly residential valuations in Turangi, Ohakune, National Park, Eastern and Western Bays area, as well as valuing in Taupo Township and surrounds. He also completes some of the rural valuation assignments.

Valuation experience includes rural, residential and industrial. This includes traditional sheep and cattle units, dairying and horticulture valuations, rural farm and lifestyle blocks, rental assessments for rural grazing properties, residential valuations, Maori and associated leasehold properties.

Prior to joining Veitch Morison Valuers and running his sheep and beef farm Richard was a Valuer/Farm Appraiser for the Rural Banking Corporation in Rotorua.

Avon joined Veitch Morison Valuers in 2013 with responsibility for Rural Valuations throughout the Taupo, Rotorua and Ruapehu Districts.†

After graduating from Lincoln in 1975 he was employed as a Farm Appraiser for the Rural Bank at Te Kuiti.† His responsibilities included valuations for farm purchase and development lending.

From 1985 Avon practiced as a self employed Farm Consultant and Valuer based at Reporoa and Taupo. More recently he has also spent time as a Rural Real Estate Salesperson in the Taupo region.

Avon has also been personally involved in a coastal subdivision.† This has added practical knowledge in Resource Management from initial acquisition and planning, geotech, Transit and iwi consultation, Council hearings, project management, marketing and sale.
